One basic truth in life is that hard work gets rewarded. At whatever you are trying to get accomplished, if you work hard you will succeed. You may lose faith along the way... it's natural. You might get discouraged because things aren't going smoothly... which is normal. Adversity is the thing that weeds out the weak.
Nothing worth anything in life is obtained easily. Hard work and determination achieve goals. Hard work is rewarded. Keep smiling, it's not much further now...

You mean like not getting a work schedule that you want or feel that you deserve? If I continue to work hard I will eventually get what I want or deserve? or at least positive results?
